This cool item is made from a single sheet of Birch MDF, cut with a laser to let the book's spine fold over itself. It's got this neat "sliding latch" that keeps your stuff secure. I've got a few of these in different spots - one in my office for holding small tool sets, one in the garage to keep stuff away from the kids, and a third for stashing emergency funds. I've been making these for a while now and can even personalize the cover image to make it a special gift.
